Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. You will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies (source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels and tools)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessment, and Offer Negotiations
  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues, and career development
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate the development of performance improvement plans
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely administration
  • Lead and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time
  • Calculate and process adjustments, deductions, and bonuses
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve any payroll-related issues
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations
  • Follow up with the health insurance

Qualifications, Skills, And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
