We are looking to hire
HR Supervisor and Administration Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
-Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Follow up the projects with the airports (security passes, visas, residency, forms, letter, etc)
EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of B.A degree in HR or related filed
• Experience 3-5 years in HR
• Knowledge of Jordanian labor law
• Communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Able to work fast and multitask.
• Teamwork
• Fluency in English
