As an HR Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the HR department, supporting various HR processes and initiatives in line with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer various HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and provide assistance and guidance to employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives.
  • Manage employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports, analyzing data and trends to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Jordan.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) will be considered an asset.
