Our client is a high-end fine dining Japanese restaurant based in Jeddah, KSA
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the restaurant.
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to Floor staff.
- Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
- Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma, degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
- Previous supervisory experience within a high-end Japanese restaurant.
- Must be able to speak fluent English & Arabic
- Intermediate analytical skills.
- Ability to think calmly under pressure
- Willingness to learn open-mindedly
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
