We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Project Coordinator Interns to join our growing team. We want a team player who are driven and willing to learn to accompany us on our mission of playing a vital role in the digital transformation sweeping the MENA region.


The Project Coordinator Intern is the first step on a professional track to become an on-boarding specialist, consultant, or Project manager. This is the first building block of extensive knowledge to be gained in terms of implementing the ZenHR HRMS. The main purpose of the job is to learn the on-boarding process and give support to other team members on their daily Onboarding projects responsibilities.

The Job – Project Coordinator Intern


What you'll be doing:



  • Learn and master the HR functionalities needed to implement an HRMS.

  • Learn and master the data collection and handover process.

  • Support the on-boarding team members and act as a project coordinator

  • Attend ZenHR product training and Labor law education sessions.

  • Educate customers on the customer journey and what to expect during the implementation and onboarding.

  • Help ZenHR customers set up their accounts, populate their data, apply their policies and educate their employees on how to use the system.

  • Create handover documents, delivery presentations, and technical reports for each project as per the provided templates.

  • Advanced data collection, parsing, and cleansing using Excel, Google sheets, etc.

  • Attend regular product and industry training to be up to date with new features and market requirements.

  • Proactively solve and troubleshoot customer issues, should they arise during the onboarding process.

  • Make regular phone calls and send official e-mails to new customers with updates on the progress of their projects.


Who you are:



  • Fresh graduate

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field

  • Very good English & Arabic Languages skills

  • Report writing skills
